Investors in Ground Rent Portfolio Fund believe it could have been sold for as much as £110m.
Brandeaux sold its Ground Rent Portfolio Fund to asset management group Long Harbour earlier this year as part of a wider sell-off of around £500m of assets, other parts of which were marketed widely.
A number of investors in the fund were eager to make an offer for the entirety of the portfolio but were denied the opportunity to do so...
A spokesman for Brandeaux said: "With regard to the Ground Rent Funds, all of the property disposals made by the funds, amounting to approximately £900m, have been sold at or above the fund's independent valuation by Cluttons."
