In March 2015, Long Harbour successfully sold the 166 unit development One Eighty Stratford High Street to Aberdeen Asset Management for £60m.

The scheme at One Eighty Stratford High Street in East London overlooks the Olympic Park, and includes a 26-storey tower.

The sale was the culmination of over 13 months work by Long Harbour to transform, overhaul and rebrand what was a distressed asset and deliver a prime PRS offering in an area of significant regeneration.  Long Harbour identified the opportunity to create value and reposition the building, implementing and successfully executing the business plan and creating a high-quality product that was fully occupied in a relatively short timescale.
